Quality Policy

In order to achieve the Higher Management Goals of Aljanoub Filter Manufacturing labs, and the approved quality system of the Company, represented firstly in assuring the results quality of the tests and examinations, and secondly in providing the Company services in a manner that realizes the customer satisfaction; the Higher Management endeavors to assure the filter quality produced by the Company.
This will be approached by defining the standard specifications of these filters and the degree of their congruence to these specifications, so as to judge the quality thereof.
Quality system concerning the ISO/IEC 17025 Labs is applied as per the following, strict, standard specifications:
ISO 4020/1, ISO 4020/2, ISO 4548/1, ISO 4548/2, ISO 4548/5, ISO 4548/6, ISO 5011, SAE HS-806.

The tests are:

1- Burst pressure test for fuel filter.
2- Differential pressure flow characteristics test.
3- Element by-pass valve characteristics test (Relief valve test).
4- Oil filter impulse test.
5- Oil filter static burst pressure test.
6- Air filter efficiency test.
7- Welding strength testing.
8- Tensile strength testing.
9- Funnel of salt test.
